A New Step in Educational Development:

Establishment of the Sofia English Language Center in Almitoo

As part of its educational objectives and efforts to empower the younger generation, the Nemat Qasemi Foundation established the Sofia English Language Center in the Almito area of Jaghori District in the spring of 1401 S.H (2022) and commenced its educational activities. Within a very short period of time, the institute received an exceptionally positive and remarkable response from those interested in learning English.

According to reports received from the institute, more than 400 learners enrolled at the Sofia English Language Institute within just a few days. The number of enrolled students subsequently increased to approximately 800. As their first step in the learning process, applicants took a comprehensive entrance examination and an initial English language placement assessment. Based on their academic abilities and proficiency levels, they were then assigned to separate classes.

The Nemat Qasimi Foundation expressed its satisfaction with the launch of this major educational initiative and expressed hope that the institute would provide the children and youth of the region with access to standardized, appropriate, and high-quality education.

The Foundation also extended its sincere appreciation to the dedicated instructors of the institute, Mr. Sayed Ghulam-Nabi Danish and Mr. Esmatullah Sultani, who assumed responsibility for the management and teaching of the institute. The Nemat Qasimi Foundation further expressed its gratitude to the principals and administrators of the schools in the area for their comprehensive cooperation, particularly Mr. Rahmatullah Rahyab, who made dedicated and sincere efforts toward the establishment and development of the institute.
